Delivery

What are delivery methods, times and costs?

In Cyprus, free delivery on all order over €50. For the rest of Europe, free delivery on all orders over €250

  1. Express delivery (Monday – Friday) to your door
  • Cyprus:on orders less than €50 delivery cost is € 5
  • European Union:Shipping costs vary depending on country destination (1) and weight
  1. Collect your order at our showroom in Nicosia.

In-store pickup available 5 days of the week

A confirmation email will be sent once your order is ready to pick-up at our showroom.

You can collect your order within 2 days.After 2 days, your order will automatically be returned.

Delivery times displayed at checkout are calculated based on shipping destination in order to provide the most reliable information.

Your phone number is provided to our carrier to facilitate the delivery of your parcel.

We may need to check your contact details with your bank before shipping. In this case, we will do everything we can to ensure a timely delivery of your parcel.

How can I track my order ?

Can it be collected from the store ?

When placing an order for www.myladyrock.com, you can choose to collect from store  in order to pick-up your order at our showroom in Nicosia.

Can I change my delivery address ?

Once your order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address, except if you contact us at support@myladyrock.com

Is it possible to collect payment on delivery ?

The payment can only be made online on www.myladyrock.comand in our store in Nicosia

When and where can I view my bill online ?

Your bill is available on your personal account once your order has been shipped

Returns and Exchanges

What happens if I want to return my order cause it is damaged, incomplete or different from the order ?

If you received product that is faulty, incomplete, or different than the order placed, contact our support  team at returns@myladyrock.com within 7 days following reception of the order, providing a photo of the product and description of concerns: we will find a solution together without delay!

Should I bear the costs for the return shipping?

Yes the courier return expenses must be paid by you.

Can I return my order directly to your store address ?

Yes you can at Ladyrock store for every order placed on www.myladyrock.com but within 7 days following reception of the order.

How do I exchange an item ?

To exchange an item, we invite you to :
1. Return the original purchase to get a refund
2. Place a new order

How can I get a refund and how long does it take ?

We are glad to process to a full refund within 30 days of receiving your return.  All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund request. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

The refund can only be asked by the person who ordered and will only be processed on the mean of payment used for the online purchase. The refund should be treated within 15 days by your bank. Please note that this time may vary depending on your bank and that we cannot act on it.

Can I cancel my order or an item from my order ?

Your order cannot be changed once it has been confirmed. If you want to change the delivery address or cancel your order, please contact us at support@myladyrock.com. If your order is still being prepared, we will try to access your request. If a cancelation is possible, you will not be debited.
